Amala performs throughout the tri-state area and continutes to study with accomplished professionals from the US and Egypt. These exciting dances utilize nearly every muscle and joint in the body, improving strength, posture, body control and awareness. Bellydance is an exhilarating way to exercise, develop coordination, balance, and grace in movement. As a students of bellydance you will attend weekly classes, receive copies of the music we use in class, and have access to purchase additional music, hip wraps, veils and jewelry.
